We thought opening one clinic would be a huge step forward, then we opened two! On top of that, we held a successful charity event inEccleshall, got mentioned on local radio, introduced a loyalty bonus programme, and proudly rolled out the very first dental grants in Stafford and Bournemouth. Whew, what a year for Complete Smiles!

Two New Locations Launched!
Back in October, we openedour first Midlands clinic in 5 Small Lane,Eccleshall,Stafford,bringing advanced restorative dental treatments to an underserved community. Then, earlier this month, we opened a cutting-edge clinic in Bournemouth, the heart of the South Coast (only a 15-minute drive from the beach!)
These openings mark major new milestones in our mission to make affordable, high-quality dental care accessible across the UK. We will be offering the popular treatments we are best known for—dental implants—at these locations, with some packages tailored to address the needs of the local community.
For example,we’vehad a huge demand for dental hygiene cleanings at the Stafford clinic. We will be tailoring more discounts and bundle packages in the future for this area, considering.
Amazing Responses to Our Free Dental Checkup Initiative
Last November, we launched a free dental check-up programme for veterans and serving military personnel in celebration of Remembrance Day at the Stafford clinic.Given the sizable military community in the area, we wanted to give back and show our gratitude.
And the response was unexpectedly immense. We received calls and sweet thank-you notes. Most patients who came in for check-ups were veterans, and some even brought along their active-duty children.
Our efforts also received some local media attention. A local newspaper mentioned it, and we got several mentions on Knot FM, a radio channel in Stoke-on-Trent. It was quite exciting for all of us as it was the first time we were on the radio!
We Now Offer Patient Grants
Dental grants are extremely rare in the UK. Now, Complete Smiles is proud to be part of this exclusive group, offering dental grants directly to patients. We are only one of the handful of private clinics in London offering patient grants, and the very first in Bournemouth and Stafford to do so!
We launched this programme very recently to make same-day implants affordable for patients in need. Each patient can receive up to £5,000 toward All-on-4 or All-on-6 full mouth rehabilitation. Since we launched,we’vereceived dozens of applications, each mentioning the goal is to “be able to smile again” or “be able to eat solid food again.” Seeing these responses makes usvery gladthat we launched this programme.
Loyalty Bonus for Existing Patients
After much anticipation, we began to roll out a loyalty programme for our patients who keep coming back. With the “Save & Smile Plan,” All-on-4 patients can receive up to £2,000 once they pay down 50% of the treatment plan.
This is a major savings bonus intended for existing patients who qualify for financing. Patients who sign up for the “Save & Smile” plan can evenbenefitfrom £100-per-month payment plans. Those interested should send us an enquiry first, either online or by phone, expressing interest, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Complete Smiles is the Only Clinic in the UK to Offer No-Interest Financing for Up to 3 Years
We are now the only dental clinic in the UK to offer 0% interest financing plans that go up to 3 years. While other clinics offer no-interest financing, it is usually limited to a year. With Complete Smiles, you can enjoy interest-free financing for much longer than anywhere else in the country.
