Get your smile back no matter how many teeth are missing with the innovative All-on-X systems. Available for one or both arches.
All-on-4 implants and All-on-6 make it possible to restore all missing teeth on a jaw, letting you have your smile back.
All-on-4 is for the least severe full-mouth tooth loss, while more serious cases can choose All-on-6 or All-on-8 with more implants for support.
The procedure minimises invasiveness and the number of implants you need, making All-on-X systems highly cost-efficient for smile restoration.
You can skip bone grafting with All-on-4 and All-on-6 to some extent, keeping your overall treatment costs even lower.
All-on-X procedures at Complete Smiles are led by Dr. Pedro Coelho, an implantologist who trained under Prof. Paulo Malo, the inventor of All-on-4.
The lowest All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implants cost is guaranteed with our competitive price matching. If you find a better price elsewhere, we will match it.

Compare your options
They sound the same, but what is the difference between various All-on-X systems? The table below summarises the explanations from our dentists.
| All-on-4 | All-on-6 | All-on-8 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Implants per arch | 4 (2 vertical, 2 angled posterior) | 6 (more upright placement) | 8 (maximum anchorage points) |
| Typical UK cost (per arch) | £8,000-£25,000 | £11,000-£40,000 | £20,000-£30,000+ |
| Need for bone grafting | Least likely (angled implants work around bone loss) | More likely (needs greater bone volume) | Most likely (needs the greatest bone volume/density) |
| Stability | Excellent even load distribution | More even load distribution | Greatest load-spread |

Patient Questions

All-on-X refers to implant placement techniques that use 4, 6 or 8 implants to restore all missing teeth on a jaw. The “X” refers to the number of implants. The best-known All-on-X procedure is All-on-4, which uses four implants per jaw to restore all teeth and allows many patients to forgo bone grafting. All-on-6 is recommended when considerable stability is required, while All-on-8 is used in specific cases where the jawbone is lost or ground down by bruxism (habitual teeth grinding).
All-on-4 dental implants cost between £12,000 and £25,000+ per jaw in the UK. In London, the average price per jaw is £18,000. Prices in 2026 going into 2027 are expected to be around £15,000 on average per jaw
If you have lost all your teeth on a jaw, or most are failing beyond recovery, All-on-4 implants will be worth getting based on dentist advice. A good candidate for All-on-4 has almost all teeth missing on a jaw or in the mouth, doesn’t have severe jawbone loss, and is someone who is otherwise in relatively good health.
All-on-4 dental implants last a lifetime with proper brushing and flossing habits. It’s extremely rare for the implants to fail following a successful surgery. The dental bridge attached to the implants may wear out in 5 to 10 years depending on the build quality and materials. You may need to repair or replace the bridge with All-on-4, while the implants will stay with you for life.
You don’t need to avoid any foods while wearing an All-on-4/6 supported dental bridge, unless you are recovering from the implant surgery. You will be advised to be on a soft food diet until the implant sites heal. Afterwards, you can eat and drink as you like, although dentists recommend avoiding alcohol and excessively sugary food to protect your overall oral health.
While technically available as listed, the NHS almost never provides All-on-4 dental implants. The rare cases that qualify must meet strict eligibility requirements, such as when dentures cannot restore bite function (this is almost unheard of with modern, bespoke dentures). The typical patient therefore must seek All-on-4 from a private dentist. You can get the best price and results from providers with experience and advanced training in All-on-X systems, such as Complete Smiles.
