What’s Typically Included in the All-on-4 Dental Implants Price?
These are the steps that most clinics include in their All-on-4 treatment packages:
The All-on-4 Implants and Bridge
Obviously, the costs would cover the implants, plus the dental bridge and crowns that will make up your prosthetic teeth (which you will get once you’ve fully recovered from the surgery). You will get eight implants for a full smile restoration, which will cost more than a single-arch restoration that only requires four.
All-on-4 implants are made from titanium, a high-grade biocompatible metal. However, in some cases, the dental bridge may be made from alternative materials, such as zirconia, which would affect the final price.

You will undergo sedation for this procedure, where you will be conscious but will not feel any pain or anxiety. The costs of both the surgery and sedation are included in the total All-on-4 cost.
Post-Surgical Follow-up
Once the surgery is complete, you will be asked to return for a follow-up appointment so the dentist can assess your healing progress. The dentist will look for signs of swelling or bruising, which, in rare instances, may indicate surgical complications. This follow-up appointment is essential and does not cost extra.
Assessment for Dental Bridge
During either the initial consultation or a follow-up appointment, your dentist will take measurements to design the dental bridge that holds the prosthetic teeth. This step will involve taking several impressions of the palate, mandible, arches, and bite. Regardless of when the impressions are taken, you will not have to pay more for them.
Fitting the Dental Bridge and Permanent Teeth
Once your jaw fully heals from the surgery—a process that typically takes 6 months—your dentist will attach the dental bridge that will now function as your permanent teeth.
Aftercare Advice
Your appointments after surgical recovery will involve one or more sessions instructing you on how to take care of your new teeth and manage healing (if it takes longer than usual). These advice sessions are included in the treatment price and, depending on the clinic, may not be limited to appointments. With a reliable clinic, you may be able to call the dentist for advice without being charged for an audio consultation.
A Final Examination
Once your new teeth are fitted, you will need to come back for a final appointment to check how well the implants are holding up and if the prosthetic teeth are functioning as intended. If this appointment goes well, then your treatment will be complete, and you will now be able to smile confidently again.
What’s NOT Included in the Cost of All-on-4 Dental Implants
The expenses for the following are typically not included in the All-on-4 cost:
Preparatory Procedures
If you have severe bone loss, gum recession, or sinus-related issues, you may need to undergo preparatory surgery, such as gum grafting, before you receive dental implants.
With All-on-4, many patients, even with some degree of bone loss, can get implants without bone grafting. However, in some cases, forgoing preparatory procedures may not be possible. If your dentist recommends a gum graft or a sinus lift, you will have to pay separately for that procedure.
Additional Follow-Up Appointments
Many clinics offer multiple checkups for All-on-4 patients in the price, but any more after the final appointment will not be included. You will have to pay the general consultation fee that the dentist or the clinic charges for long-term follow-ups.
